Särna is in Dalarna (or Dalecarlia), more or less in the center of Sweden, in the north-west area towards the Norwegian border. Peculiarity of the town is to be almost in the center of the Scandinavian Peninsula, equally far from swedish Baltic coastline as well as from Atlantic coast of Norway. |

By car: You can come from south-east along the road 70 (Kopparleden) from Mora, from Norway all the same with road 70 from opposite direction; from south on the road 71 and 311 from Malung. Coming from Mora (70): we are at the beginnign of the town, turning left just before the camping. |

Coming from Norway (70): cross the town, and turn right at the first road after the camping. Coming from 311 (Malung/Sälen): the road ends with a stop sign. Turn right and then the first on the right again. In the town the Länsmansgården is indicated by signs. |
