We are Vitantonio Dell'Orto and Barbara Pinto, an italian couple enthusiast about Nature who, after years of travelling through Scandinavia, and especially in Sweden, decided to live in this wonderful country. |
We chose this region for its magnificent nature, above all. We hope to have many photographers, birders or simply Nature enthusiasts as many visitors of Sweden are, we believe. |

We both were born in Milan province, from where we already escaped in the 2000, moving to the green hills of Oltrepo. With time we ended up being persuaded that a more radical change deserved to be tried: in the 2007 we took over the Vandrarhem and moved to Särna. |

After worked for too many years on computer, Vitantonio since the 2000 is a professional nature photographer and writer. He published on books and magazines, and won both national and international nature photo and literature contests. In his website Exuvia also the Chronicles of Särna, a photo diary on Särna, its nature and more. |
Barbara did an endless list of jobs in her life, from graphic arts to the packer. Among her hobbies reading and art bricolage, as decoupage and stencil. She is mainly running the Vandrarhem, actually. |
